These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kalon mobile app and the Elemyntz website. The services are operated by Saloni Sharma, operator of Kalon and Elemyntz. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, and you must meet any higher minimum age required where you live. You must provide accurate information, including your true date of birth during onboarding. Do not impersonate another person, create an account for someone under the minimum age, or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe that someone has accessed your account without permission.
User content and conduct
You keep ownership of the text, photos, files, and other content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically process that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve Kalon and Elemyntz.
You must have the rights needed to submit your content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, or intended to harm another person. Do not use the services to harass, scam, impersonate, scrape, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code, or interfere with another user's access.
Public profiles and public content may be seen by other users. Use care when sharing personal information or communicating with people you do not know. You are responsible for your content and interactions.
Moderation and safety
Use the report and block tools to report harmful content or users. We may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content when reasonably necessary for safety, law, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten users or the service.
Kalon and Elemyntz do not guarantee that every user, message, event, map pin, or other content is safe, accurate, or reliable. Use appropriate judgment when communicating or meeting with others.
Premium billing
Premium access and the features included with it are described on the current purchase screen. The price, currency, taxes, and renewal period shown at checkout control the purchase.
iOS purchases
Premium purchased in the Kalon iOS app uses Apple's In-App Purchase system and StoreKit. Apple charges the Apple Account associated with the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in Apple's subscription settings. Apple handles refunds and store billing issues under its policies.
Android purchases
Premium purchased in the Kalon Android app uses Google Play Billing. Google charges the Google Play account associated with the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in Google Play's subscription settings. Google handles refunds and Play billing issues under its policies.
Website purchases
Premium purchased on the Elemyntz website uses Stripe-hosted Checkout and can be managed through the Stripe Billing Portal. Website billing is separate from App Store and Google Play billing. RevenueCat helps process and verify native store entitlement information; our server is authoritative for Premium access.
Cancel a subscription with the provider that sold it. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period, unless the provider's rules or a refund, chargeback, billing failure, account deletion, or enforcement action ends access earlier. Restoring a purchase is subject to the same store account and provider that made the purchase.
Deleting your Kalon account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel those subscriptions directly with Apple or Google to stop future charges.
Intellectual property
Kalon and Elemyntz, including their software, branding, designs, and service materials, belong to us or our licensors. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse them.
Account deletion and termination
You can start deletion in Kalon under Settings > Delete Account or use the web deletion route. A deletion request disables access immediately and starts a background process to remove the account and associated application data. Limited records may remain where required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal rights. These Terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Disclaimers and contact
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version on the website and update the date. Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@merakielements.com.
